Strobe effect was first on the list and I got to apply it and exaggerate a little bit as well, but that’s not the point. I thought that this can be made in two ways, either you download some effect from somewhere or it is really hard to make. I was mistaken. Basically all you need to do is to create a black image in my case, you can use whatever you like, place it above the desired section and than fragment it with the razor tool so that you can get those empty sections allowing both the image and the video to play at the same time. This works best if the audio you use on the video has some rhythm, this way the effect is more special. But what disappointed me was the stabiliser option you have in Premiere. One of my clips was ruined because somewhere in the middle I moved a bit too fast making it shaky. I knew that it can be easily fixed with the stabiliser so of course that I applied it. What I didn’t know was that once that it was applied, other options such as speed won’t work anymore and I didn’t understand why. The YouTuber I was watching did it with no problem and it kept me thinking and trying for some time until I realised that he wasn’t actually showing the whole story.

Currently I recorded the Pride Parade and a couple of scenes in Yaffo, for both I made a video and uploaded everything here on WordPress. But in both cases, guess what, I’ve changed my mind and took them off. Why? Well, even though I’ve spent some time editing I wasn’t happy enough with the final result. So, instead of posting some short clips on different pages I decided to wait until I have all the scenes I want from Jerusalem, Dead Sea, Caesarea and so on, putting all together to make a video that I will eventually enjoy. It makes more sense to have a complex video entitled Israel, right?

Are mult mai multa logica asa, nu?

This post is more of an introduction into the actual topic, basically what I want to do is to keep sort of a diary with my evolution in Premiere. I really think that this is useful for me for the long term but as well for the people that want to enjoy a light reading and still learn something of their interests. Tell me, what would you be interested to discover in terms of this software or video editing in general?

Pot spune ca inca simt aceasta postare ca fiind o introducere catre adevaratul subiect.
